Animals: vary with type and size, contact shelter for more details. The
CCSPCA accepts only VISA, Mastercard and cash for adoption fee payments.
The SPCA wishes to encourage adopters to "look first" at mixed breed and senior pets, so as an incentive, they have lower adoption fees than purebred dogs. Purebreds tend to be adopted quickly, while seniors, mixed breeds and animals with health issues may be overlooked by adopters and remain at the shelter for a longer period of time. Purebred pet adoption fees help offset medical and other costs of the non-purebreds left behind, but they are still much lower than prevailing fees set by kennels and advertised "sales" of purebreds.
ADOPTIONS END 1/2 HOUR PRIOR TO CLOSING.
